مغربی سرمایہ دارانہ نظام۔۔۔ آخری دموں پر؟

فری مارکیٹ کے پر کشش نام سے یہ نظام بظاہر لوگوں میں مقبولیت پا گیا مگراس کی حقیقت دراصل یہ تھی کہ کمیونزم کی طرح یہ نظام بھی انسانی معاشرے کی تمام بنیادوں کو نظر انداز کرکے معیشت کے تابع کردیتا ہے۔

قارئین کرام، آج کل مغربی سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کے متعلق خبروں کے بہت چرچے ہیں۔ خبر یہ ہے کہ تنگ آئے مغرب کے عوام،جواب تک اپنے معاشی، سیاسی اور سماجی نظام سے مطمئن چلے آرہے تھے، بالآخراس نظام کے خلاف اٹھ کھڑے

جدا ہو دین سیاست سے تو رہ جاتی ہے چنگیزی

ہرشخص کی یہ آوازہے کہ’’ بس جمہوریت ‘‘اور’’ بس جمہوریت‘‘ ہونی چاہیے۔ لیکن جمہوریت کی حقیقت کیا ہے یہ کوئی نہیں جاننا چاہتا ۔ یہ آئی کہاں سے اور اس کے اثرات کیا نکلیں گے اس پر غور کرنے کے لئے کسی کے پاس فرصت نہیں ہے۔جمہوری نظام اسلامی خلافت کے نظام کے جیسا ہے یا شریعت کی ضد ہے اس پر کبھی ہم نے سوچنا ہی نہیں چاہا۔ کیونکہ اسلام تو ہماری بنیادی ترجیحات میں شاید شامل ہی نہیں رہا۔کیا اسلام صرف ایک مذہب ہے؟ اور بس نماز، روزہ ، زکوٰۃ اور حج ادا کر دینے کا نام ہے؟ یا اسلام اس زمین پر پایا جانے والا واحد مذہب ہے جو پورا دین ہے اور زندگی کے ہر معاملے میں انسانیت کو موجودہ دور کے لحاظ سے رہنمائی دیتا ہے؟

’’لوگوں کی حکومت، لوگوں کے ذریعے، لوگوں کے لئے‘‘

:اس کو اگر ہم اپنی زبان میں بیان کرنا چاہیں تو یہی تعریف کچھ یوں بن جاتی ہے

’’لوگوں کا ڈنڈا، لوگوں کے ہاتھ سے ، لوگوں پر برسنا‘‘

:اقبال نے بھی جمہوریت کو بہت خوب بیان کیاہے

اس راز کو اِک مرد فرنگی نے کیا فا ش ہر                     چند کہ دانا اسے کھولا نہیں کرتے

جمہوریت اِک طرز حکومت ہے کہ جس میں                 بندوں کو گِنا کرتے ہیں، تولا نہیں کرتے

مختصر یہ کہ جمہوریت کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ عوام کو بظاہر انکی مرضی کی قانون سازی کا اختیار دیا جاتا ہے۔ مثال کے طور پر ایک نماءندہ انتخابات کے لئے کسی علاقے سے کھڑا کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ وہ ایک بندہ جس نے زیادہ ووٹ حاصل کئے ان سب لوگوں کی رائے اور نظریہ پارلیمنٹ میں لے جائے گا۔ ادھر ایک بندہ بات کرے گا تو اس کا مطلب یہ ہوگا کہ سب لوگ بات کررہے ہیں کیونکہ ان سب لوگوں نے اس کو ووٹ دیا ہے۔ اب جب بہت سارے پارلیمنٹ میں آگئے تو یہی پورے ملک اور پوری قوم کی رائے لائے۔جب یہ تین سو لوگ بولتے ہیں تو اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ پورا ملک بولتا ہے۔ تو یہ تین سو لوگ ملکی نظام چلانے کے لئے قانون بناتے ہیں۔ پھر اس پر ہر رکن دستخط کرتا ہے۔ 
امت مسلمہ نے خلافتِ راشدہ کے مبارک دور کے بعد تین بڑی خلافتوں؛ خلافتِ امویہ، خلافتِ عباسیہ اور خلافتِ عثمانیہ کا نظارہ کیا۔ خلافت کے اِس شجرِ سایہ دار تلے جہاں ایک طرف یہ امت اپنے دین پر بلا روک ٹوک عامل رہی، وہیں اس کو کفارِ عالم پر غلبہ اور عروج بھی حاصل رہا۔ امت کا دین بھی محفوظ رہا اور اس کی جان، مال اور عزت بھی محفوظ۔اگرچہ بعض مراحل میں خلافت کے اس ادارے میں کمزوریاں بھی دیکھنے کو ملیں، لیکن کمزوریوں کے باوجود بھی فقط اس کا وجود ہی مسلمانوں کے لئے بہت بڑے سہارے کا موجب رہا اور وہ صدیوں تک ایک مرکز پر ایک قیادت تلے متحد رہے۔بیسوں صدی کے آغاز میں جب دشمنان اسلام کی کوششوں سے خلافت عثمانیہ کا سقوط ہواتو پورے عالم اسلام پر غلامی کے بادل چھا گئے۔
دشمنان اسلام کے لئے یہ دور بڑی اہمیت کا حامل تھا کیونکہ جس نظام خلافت کو وہ صدیوں کی کوششوں کے بعد توڑنے میں کامیاب ہوئے اس کے دوبارہ قیام کے خطرے کو ہمیشہ کے لئے ختم کرنے کے لئے ایک متبادل کھلونے کی ضرورت تھی جو کہ مسلمانوں کو بہلانے کے لئے ان کے ہاتھ میں دیا جائے اوران کی توجہ خلافت کے دوبارہ قیام کی طرف نہ جاسکے۔بس کچھ ایسا کر دیا جائے کہ مسلمان ساری عمر بس اپنے ہی مسائل میں الجھے رہیں۔ لہذٰا مسلمانوں کے سامنے جمہوریت کو ایک سہانے خواب کی شکل میں پیش کیا گیا۔ اور اس کے مدمقابل آمریت کا بھیانک منظررکھاگیا۔بہرحال وہ اس مقصد میں کامیاب ہوگئے۔اس کے بعد سے آج تک مسلمان کسی پلیٹ فارم پر متحد نہیں ہو سکے۔ حتیٰ کہ بیت المقدس بھی ہاتھ سے چلی گئی۔لیکن اس امت کی آنکھیں نہیں کھل سکیں۔ظاہر ہے کہ جب مرکز ہی ایک نہ رہا تو سب کو اپنی اپنی پڑ گئی۔
جمہوریت صرف الیکشن لڑنے، ووٹ ڈالنے اور اپنے پسندیدہ حکمران چننے کا نام ہی نہیں بلکہ یہ ایک اایساکفر نظام ہے جس کے ذریعے اانسانوں کو قانون سازی کا اختیار دیکر انہیں اللہ تعالیٰ کا شریک ٹھہرایا جاتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے۔
’’حکم دینا تو صرف اللہ کے لئے ہے‘‘ (سورہ یوسف ۰۴)
’’ اور جو کوئی بھی اس کے نازل کردہ احکامات کے ذریعے حکمرانی نہ کرے تو ایسے ہی لوگ کافر ہیں‘‘۔
(المائدہ ۴۴)
’’ اور جو کوئی بھی اس کے نازل کردہ احکامات کے ذریعے حکمرانی نہ کرے تو ایسے ہی لوگ ظالم ہیں‘‘۔ (المائدہ ۵۴)
’’ اور جو کوئی بھی اس کے نازل کردہ احکامات کے ذریعے حکمرانی نہ کرے تو ایسے ہی لوگ فاسق ہیں‘‘۔ (المائدہ ۷۴)
جبکہ جمہوریت میں پارلیمنٹ کو اس بات کا اختیار دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ لوگوں کی اکثریت کی بنیاد پر جس چیز کو چاہے حلال قرار دے دے اور جسے چاہے حرام ٹھہرا دے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہم مسلمانوں کی سر زمین پر دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ سود، انشورنس، سٹاک مارکیٹ اور اس جیسے بہت سے غیر اسلامی کام اسمبلیوں کے ذریعے جائز کر دیے گئے ہیں۔ جبکہ اسلام میں قانون بنانے کا اختیار صرف اللہ کو ہے۔


شریعت میں کثرتِ رائے معیار حق و باطل نہیں
دین اسلام میں انسانوں کی اکثریت کا کسی ایک جانب آجانا حق و باطل کا فیصلہ کرنے کے لئے بنیادی حیثیت نہیں رکھتا۔ اسی لئے اکثریت کو قرآن حکیم نے حد درجہ غیربنیاد قرار دیا ہے اور دین و ملک اور دیانت و سیاست کے تمام ہی دائروں میں اکثریت کی بے وقعتی اور بے اعتباری کھلے الفاظ میں بیان کی ہے۔ قرآن حکیم میں ایک سے زائد جگہوں پہ ارشاد ہے:
’’ اور اکثر لوگ ایمان نہیں لاتے گو آپ کا کیسا ہی جی چاہتا ہو‘‘۔ (سورہ یوسف ۳۰۱)
’’لیکن اکثر لوگ ایمان نہیں لاتے‘‘۔ (سورہ ھود ۷۱۱)
’’بلکہ ان میں سے اکثر لوگ نہیں سمجھتے‘‘۔ (سورہ عنکبوت ۳۶)
’’ اور لیکن اکثرآدمی علم نہیں رکھتے‘‘۔ (سورہ الاعراف ۷۸۱)
’’لیکن ان میں سے اکثر لوگ جہالت کی باتیں کرتے ہیں‘‘۔ (سورہ انعام ۱۱۱)
’’ اور ان میں اکثر آدمی حق کو نہیں جانتے بلکہ اس سے منہ پھیرنے والے ہیں‘‘۔ (سورہ الانبیاء ۴۲)
’’ اور اکثر لوگوں میں ہم نے وفائے عہد نہ دیکھی، اور ان میں سے اکثر جھوٹے ہیں‘‘۔ 
(سورہ الاعراف ۲۰۱)
’’ اور ان سے پہلے بھی اگلے لوگوں میں اکثر گمراہ ہو چکے ہیں‘‘۔ (سورہ الصافات ۱۷)
’’ ان میں سے اکثر لوگوں پر بات ثابت ہو چکی ہے، سو یہ لوگ ایمان نہ لائیں گے‘‘۔ (سورہ یٰس ۷)
’’ اور بہت سے ایسے ہیں جن پر عذاب ثابت ہو گیا ہے‘‘۔ (سورہ الحج ۸۱)
’’ بارہا چھوٹی چھوٹی جماعتیں بڑی بڑی جماعتوں پر خدا کے حکم سے غالب آگئیں‘‘۔ (سورہ البقرہ ۹۴۲)
’’اللہ تعالیٰ نے بے شمار مواقع پر تمہاری مدد کی اور حنین کے دن بھی کی، جبکہ تمہیں تمہاری کثرت نے دھوکے میں ڈال دیا تھا، پھر وہ کثرت تمہارے کچھ کام نہ آئی اور زمین باوجود اپنی فراخی کے تم پر تنگ ہونے لگی، پھر تم پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگ کھڑے ہوئے‘‘۔ (سورہ التوبہ ۵۲)
’’ آپ فرما دیجیے کہ ناپاک اور پاک برابر نہیں، گو تمہیں ناپاک کی کثرت تعجب میں ڈالتی ہو‘‘۔

(سورہ مائدہ ۰۰۱)

’’ اور دنیا میں زیادہ لوگ ایسے ہیں کہ اگر آپ ان کا کہا ماننے لگیں تو آپ کو اللہ کی راہ سے بے راہ کردیں، اور وہ محض بے اصل خیالات پر چلتے ہیں اور اٹکل پچو لڑاتے ہیں‘‘۔ (سورہ انعام ۶۱۱)
پس قرآن نے دنیا کی اکثریت سے ایمان کی نفی کی، عقل کی نفی کی، علم کی نفی کی، محبت حق کی نفی کی، تحقیق کی نفی کی، بیداری اور فہم کی نفی کی، ایفائے عہد کی نفی کی، ہدایت کی نفی کی، ثواب آخرت اور جنتی ہونیکی نفی کی، جہاد میں اکثریت کے گھمنڈ پر فتح و نصرت کی نفی کی، اور قابل استعمال اشیاء میں اکثریت کے معیار پر حلال و طیب ہونیکی نفی کی۔ گویا واضح کر دیا کہ دنیا میں ہر دائرے کی اکثریت معیار حق نہیں ہے۔ کیونکہ امر واقع یہ ہے کہ دنیا کی اکثریت حماقت، جہالت، کراہت حق، اٹکل کی پیروی، غفلت، بد عہدی، ضلالت، عذاب اخروی، جہنم رسیدگی اور شکست خوردگی وغیرہ کا شکار ہے۔ چنانچہ محض عددی اکثریت اسلام کے مطابق کہاں قابل وقعت قرار پاسکتی تھی کہ اسے حقوق کے لئے فیصلہ کن تسلیم کیا جاتا۔


الیکشن یا ووٹنگ کی شرعی حیثیت
جمہوریت پر اسلام کا لیبل لگانے کے لئے جمہوریت کے حامی جلدی سے یہ کہہ دیتے ہیں کہ جی اسلام میں جو کام مجلس شوریٰ انجام دیتی ہے اور یہی کام جمہوری نظام میں پارلیمنٹ انجام دیتی ہے، لہذا جموریت بھی عین اسلامی طریق پر نظام حکومت ہے۔ ایسے لوگوں کے ساتھ سب سے بڑا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ وہ بنا سوچے سمجھے ہی اپنے ہر کام کو اسلام کا لیبل لگانے کی ناکام کوشش کرتے ہیں نہ کہ اسلام سے اپنے ہر کام کے متعلق رہنمائی لینا چاہتے ہیں۔ اگر تھوڑی سی عقل کا استعمال کیا جائے توجمہوریت اور اسلامی نظام خلافت میں اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی مماثلت نہیں پائی جاتی، اور اگر تھوڑا سا عقل کا استعمال اور کیا جائے تومعلوم ہوتا ہے کہ یہ ایک مماثلت بھی سو فیصد نہیں ہے۔ اسلام میں مشورہ لینے کے لئے کچھ شرائط بھی ہیں۔ اب یہ تو نہیں ہے کہ شراب کے حلال اور حرام ہونے سے متعلق بھی مشورہ کیا جائے گا۔ جب اسلام میں شراب ہے ہی حرام توکثرت رائے اسے حلال قرار نہیں دے سکتی ہے۔ اسی طرح اسلام میں جس چیز کی حرمت واضح کر دی گئی اس کے نافذ العمل ہونے یا نہ ہونے کا معیار کثرت رائے نہیں ہے۔ لہذٰا اس کے لئے ووٹنگ نہیں کی جائے گی۔جہاں تک تعلق ہے الیکشن یا ووٹنگ کے ذریعے نمائندہ منتخب کرنے کا، تو یہ محض ایک اسلوب ہے جس سے کسی شخص کو کسی خاص ذمہ داری کے لئے منتخب کیا جاتا ہے جیسا کہ سفر کے لئے اک نمائندہ یعنی امیر منتخب کرنا، یا مجلس شوری کا نمائندہ منتخب کرنا جس کی شریعت میں اجازت ہے مگر شریعت کی رو سے کثرت رائے صرف ایک صورت میں معتبر ہے، جب مسئلے کے دہ پہلوہوں اور دونوں مباح ہوں۔ ایسے میں کثرت رائے کے ذریعے کسی ایک پہلو کو ترجیح دی جا سکتی ہے، مگر اس کے لئے بھی کچھ اضافی شرائط ہیں مثال کے طور پر یہ کہ:
*یہ اکثریت دیانتدار لوگوں کی ہونی چاہیے، ورنہ خائنوں اور فاسقوں کی اکثریت کے مقابلے میں بلا شبہ ان افراد کی اقلیت قابل ترجیح ہوگی جن کی دیانت و امانت مسلم اور جن کا فہم و ذوقِ سلیم معروف ہو۔
* ایک پہلو کو دوسرے پہلو پر ترجیح دینے سے منصوص احکامات میں خلل نہ پڑے۔
* اکثریت جس پہلو کو ترجیح دے اس پر اتنا زور بھی نہ دیا جائے کہ جانب مخالف قابل ملامت قرار پا جائے۔ یعنی اگر کسی مباح کام کے متعلق ( جس کے کرنے یا نہ کرنے کا شریعت نے اختیار دیا ہے) کثرت رائے سے اس کا کرنا ترجیح پائے تو اس کام کے ترک کو مکروع یا ممنوع نہ ٹھہرایا جائے، اور اسی طرح اگر اس کام کو ترک کرنا راجح قرار پائے اس کام کا کرنا قابل نکیر و ملامت نہ سمجھا جائے۔ اگر ایسا کیا گیا تو وہ کام مباح نہیں رہے گا بلکہ اباحت کی حدود سے نکل کر واجب یا حرام کی حدود میں آجائے گا اور کسی کام کو واجب و حرام بنانا اللہ کے سوا کسی کا حق نہیں ہے۔ پس اگر ایسا کیا گیا تو یہ بدعت کہلائے گی جس کی مذمت سے شریعت بھری پڑی ہے۔
 اکثریت بھی عوام کی نہیں بلکہ ان اہل علم و فضل کی معتبر ہے جو ذوقِ تشریع اور حکمت شریعت سے بہرہ ور ہوں، ورنہ عوام الناس کی اکثریت اگر کلیتا بھی کسی مسئلے پر متفق ہو جائے تو اسکی کوئی وقعت نہیں۔
خلاصہ کلام یہ ہے کہ اکثریت صرف اسی صورت معتبر ہے جب مسئلہ مباحات میں سے ہو اور اکثریت عوام کی بجائے اہل علم و فضل کی ہو اور وہ اکثریت بھی اپنی حدود میں رہے۔ مثال کے طور پر ایک عمارت کی تعمیر میں کونسا اور کتنا میٹریل استعمال ہو گا اسکا مشورہ سول انجنئیر سے ہو گا نہ کہ نیورو سرجن سے جو کہ بلا شبہ اپنے شعبہ میں مہارت رکھتا ہے۔پس منصوصات یعنی فرائض و واجبات، سنن و مستحبات اور مکروہات و محرمات وغیرہ میں کثرت رائے کا کچھ اعتبار نہیں۔ یوں یہ دائرہ کار بہت ہی تنگ ہو جاتا ہے۔الیکشن اور ووٹنگ بذات خود حرام عمل نہیں لیکن جب اس عمل کو جمہوری نظام کے ساتھ نتھی کیا جاتا ہے تو یہ بھی حرام ہو جاتا ہے۔ یہ جمہوریت کا ایک حصہ ہے نہ کہ پوری جمہوریت۔


پارلیمنٹ
پارلیمنٹ جمہوریت کا مرکزی اور بنیادی ادارہ ہے اور قانون سازی کی ساری قوت اس کے ذریعے ظاہر ہوتی ہے۔ اس کے ممبران کو قانون سازکہا جاتا ہے۔ جمہوریت وہ نظام حکومت ہے جو دین اور دنیا کی علیحدگی یعنی سیکولرزم کی فکر پر قائم ہے اور اسکی رو سے عوام کے منتخب نمائندوں کی مجلس قانون ساز یا پارلیمنٹ کا وجود لازم ہے جو اس جمہوری نظام حکومت کی روح رواں ہے۔
پارلیمنٹ کے دو کام ہیں:
۱۔ عوام کی نفسانی خواہشات کے مطابق قانون سازی
۲۔ حکومت کی تشکیل
جمہوری نظام میں لوگوں کو اپنی خواہشات کے مطابق حکومت کرنے کا مکمل اختیار حاصل ہے۔ جمہوریت میں اس کا عمل ثبوت یوں دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ لوگوں کی نمائندہ پارلیمنٹ اور سینٹ کو اختیار ہے کہ وہ اکثریت کی بنا پر کسی بھی نوعیت کا قانون بنا سکتے ہیں۔ 
اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے۔
’’ کسی مومن مرد اور عورت کو یہ حق نہیں ہے کہ جب اللہ اور اس کا رسولﷺ کسی معاملے کا فیصلہ فرما دیں تو پھر اسے اپنے اس معاملے میں خود فیصلہ کرنے کا اختیار حاصل رہے۔ اور جو کوئی اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ کی نافرمانی کرے تو وہ صریح گمراہی میں پڑ گیا‘‘۔ (الاحزاب)


اسلام کی رو سے وہ نظام جس پر انسان کو چلنا چاہیئے اسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسان کے لئے وضع فرما دیا ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے حضرت محمدﷺ پر اس نظام کو شریعت کی صورت میں معبوث فرمایا ہے اور آپﷺ نے اسے انسانوں تک پہنچا دیا ہے۔ اب انسان کے لئے حتمی و لازمی ہے کہ وہ اعمال کی بجا آوری اللہ تعالیٰ کے امرو نہی کے مطابق کرے۔ گویا انسان کو شریعت سازی یا قانون سازی کا کوئی اختیار نہیں۔ اور یہی وہ بنیادی فرق ہے کہ جس کی وجہ سے جمہوریت جو کہ انسان کا بنایا ہوا نظام ہے اس میں اور اسلامی نظام حکومت میں کوئی مطابقت نہیں۔ پس جمہوریت ہر شکل میں خواہ وہ پارلیمانی ہو یا صدارتی، کفر نظام ہی ہے، کیونکہ یہ لوگوں کو قانون سازی کا اختیار دیتی ہے اور اس کی اسلام میں کوئی جگہ نہیں۔ اسی لئے جمہوریت کو اختیار کرنا، اسے تقویت دینا اس میں حصہ لینا حرام ہے۔

8 Prostitution and those promoting and distributing it

9 Earning through palmistry and astrology

10 Earning of musical instruments

11 Earning through issuing wrong fatwas and misguiding people

Stance of Islam on early age marriages?

 

Marriage is basically a religious-cum-social contract between people of opposite genders. The purpose of marriage is to :

1 Over come sexual deviation and corruption

2 Continue human generations

3 Get a life partner for sharing and satisfaction

All these targets can be achieved if marriage is done with the consent of bride and families involved in this religious-cum-social contract.

Some people are keen to know stance of Islam about age of bride and bride groom.There is no restriction in Islam about age of marriage .Any person who has reached the age of puberty is allowed to marry in Islam provided that he/she is mentally and physically mature to fulfil the liabilities of marriage.

Many people have objections on early age marriages and they feel it is against human rights however on the other hand they are full supporters of free sex and are ready to accommodate even gays and lesbians under the banner of freedom, liberty and human rights.

Islam is against every kind of moral corruption and strongly condemns free mixing of genders . It is unlucky that many religious Muslims also become victims of propaganda done by secular and liberal people and start raising voice against early age marriages.

Reliable data shows that a large number of both genders is involved in moral corruption in early teens or even before and a majority of teenagers are involved in unethical activities especially masturbation which is not even taken unethical by many secular circles. This curse of masturbation causes mental distortion and many times leads to frigidity, impotence and acute depression.

All this observation strengthens the Islamic stance that a person male or female should be married as soon as possible if they are able to fulfil their liabilities with or without assistance of their family this can save them from all kinds of moral corruption.Allah swt says:

And marry those among you who are single (i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Sâlihûn (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid-servants (female slaves). If they be poor, Allâh will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allâh is All-Sufficent for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing (about the state of the people). (An-Nur 24:32)

This verse indicates that Islam wants that single men/women should be married even if they are not financially stable because character is more important is Islam than carrier.

The first generation of Islam ie many sahabas practiced early age marriages and the result is quiet obvious that society was saved from all kind of moral corruptions.

Some of the prominent sahabias married at early ages are

1 Ummul momineen Ayesha radi Allahu anha

2 Ummul momineen Safiyya bint e Hayy radi Allahu anha

3 Hazrat Fatimah tuz Zahra radi Allahu anhu

It is however not obligatory to marry at early ages and according to surah Noor people can wait till they are financially stable.

Allah swt says:

And let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allâh enriches them of His Bounty. And such of your slaves as seek a writing (of emancipation), give them such writing, if you know that they are good and trustworthy. And give them something yourselves out of the wealth of Allâh which He has bestowed upon you (An-Nur 24:33)

This verse clearly indicates that there is no compulsion on a person to marry at early age and he/she can wait if they can save them from corruption but no one should criticize the early age marriages because it is one of the major ways to over come moral corruption and one thing should be kept in mind that early age marriage does not mean that a girl is being married without her consent .The consent of bride must be taken because without consent of guardian and bride a marriage is not legal in Islam.

Terrorism and Islam

 

This question arises in the minds of the people, during any discussion on religion or world affairs. Muslim stereotypes are perpetuated in every form of the media accompanied by gross misinformation about Islam and Muslims. In fact, such misinformation and false propaganda often leads to discrimination and acts of violence against Muslims.

Oxford Dictionary describes the word terrorism as: 'the use of violent actions in order to achieve political aims or to force a government to act.' The word terrorism was first coined in 1790's during the French Revolution. The years 1793 and 1794 were called as 'The Reign of Terror' or 'Years of Terror.'

During these years Maximilin Robespierre guillotined thousands of innocents. He arrested more than 500,000 out of which he executed 40,000. More than 200,000 were deported and more than 200,000 were starved and tortured to death in the prisons.

Today there is a statement, which is being repeatedly bombarded, especially in the western media and that statement is, 'All Muslims are not Terrorist, but all Terrorist are Muslims.' But here are the historical records on terrorist attacks that speak a different picture:

19th century – We hardly find any terrorist attacks done by Muslims.

1881 – Tsar Alexander was assassinated in a Bomb Blast. He was traveling in a bulletproof carriage in St. Pietersburg Street. The first bomb kills innocent 21 bystanders. The second bomb killed him while he was stepping out of the car. He was killed by Ignacy Hryniewiecki. He was Anarchists.
1886 – Bomb Blast at Haymarket Square, Chicago, during a labour rally. 12 people were killed; one among them was a policeman. Seven policemen were injured and they died in the hospital. The people responsible were 8 Anarchists all of them were non-Muslims.
6 September 1901 – The US President, William McKinley, was shot twice by an Anarchist named Leon Czolgosz. He was a non-Muslim.
1 October 1910 – Bomb blast in Los Angeles at Times newspaper building. 21 were killed. The blast was done by 2 Christians named James and Joseph. They were union leaders.
28 June 1914 – Archduke of Austria and his wife were assassinated which precipitated the World War I. The members of Young Bosnia assassinated them - most of them were Serbs. They were non-Muslims.
16 April 1925 – Bomb Blast in St. Nedelya Church in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. 10,050 were killed and 500 injured. This was the biggest terrorist attack that was done on the soil of Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Communist Party did it. They were non-Muslims.
9 October 1934 – King Alexander I of Yugoslavia was assassinated by a gunman by the name of Vlada Georgieff. He was a non-Muslim.
1 May 1961 – First US plane to be hijacked was not done by a Muslim. It was done by Ramierez Ortiz.
28 August 1968 – The US Ambassador to Guatemala was assassinated by a non-Muslim.
30 July 1969 – The US Ambassador to Japan was knifed by a Japanese non-Muslim.
3 September 1969 – US Ambassador to Brazil was kidnapped by a non-Muslim.
19 April 1995 - The famous attack of the Oklahoma Bombing in which a truck loaded with bombs ran into the federal building of Oklahoma, in which 166 were killed and 100 were injured. Initially in the press it came as 'Middle East Conspiracy'. Later on they came to know that it was done by two Christians named Timothy and Terry.

After World War II from 1941 to 1948, the Jewish Terrorists conducted 259 terrorist attacks.
22 July 1946 – The famous bombing of King David Hotel was conducted under the leadership of Menachem Begin. 91 were killed, out of which 28 were British, 41 Arabs, 17 Jews and 5 others. The Ignun group dressed up as Arabs to show as though the Muslims did this bombing. Menachem Begin was called terrorist number one by the British government. Later on after a few years Menachem Begin the terrorist number one became the Prime Minister of Israel & got a Noble Prize for Peace. Imagine a person who was a terrorist number getting a Noble Prize for Peace. Menachem Begin and others were fighting to get a Jewish state. Before 1945 Israel did not exist in the World Map. These Jewish group were fighting for a Jewish state and later on with the power they kick the Palestinian out and now the same people are calling the same Palestinian who are fighting for a more just cause for getting their land back. And the Israelis label them today as Terrorist.
Hitler killed 6 million Jews. The Palestinians welcome the Jews. Later on the Jews kick the Palestinians out of their own land and when the Palestinians are fighting to get their land back they are labeled as Terrorists. It is like I welcome a stranger in my house. After a few days that person throws me out of my house and when I shout out side my house that I want my house back, you call me a Terrorist.
In Germany from 1968 – 1992, Baader Meinhoff Gang killed several innocent human beings.
In Italy, Red Brigades kidnapped and killed Aldo Moro, the former Prime Minister of Italy.
20 March 1995 - Aum Shinrikyo a Buddhist Cult used Nerve Gas in the Tokyo Subway in which 12 people were killed and 5700 were wounded and injured.
IRA (The Irish Republican Army)

In UK since hundred years IRA (The Irish Republican Army) is conducting Terrorist attacks against UK. They are Catholics. But are never called as Catholic Terrorist. In 1972 IRA conducted 3 bomb blasts. In the first blast 7 were killed, in second blast 11 were killed and in the third 9 were killed.
In 1974 IRA conducted two bomb blasts. First at Guildford Pub in which 5 were killed and 44 injured; second at the Birmingham Pub which killed 21 and injured 182.
In 1996 IRA conducted bomb blast in London in which 2 persons were killed and more than were 100 injured. In the same year IRA conducted bomb blast in Manchester shopping center in which 206 people were injured.
On 1 August, 1998, the 'Banbridge' bomb blast took place. The IRA planted 500 pound of bomb, which was loaded in a car where 35 people were injured.
On 15 August, 1998, 'Omagh' bomb blast took place. IRA planted 500 pound of bomb in a car where 29 people were killed and 330 injured.
On the 4 March, 2001, the BBC was bombed by IRA.
The IRA is never called as Catholic Terrorist. Today the UK government is more afraid of Muslim terrorist. Today Tony Blair is more afraid of the 'Muslim terrorists' than IRA who is conducting terrorist attacks for more than a hundred years. Why?
In Spain and France ETA conducted 36 terrorist attacks. In Africa there are many terrorist organisations. But the most notorious is the 'Lord's Salvation Army'; a Christian terrorist organisation in Uganda. They train young childrens to commit terrorist attacks.

In Sri Lanka, the LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Elam) is the most notorious. It is the most violent terrorist organisation in the world. They are experts in suicide bombings and they even train children to take part in suicide bombings.

Normally people know Palestinian suicide bombings, Iranian suicide bombing, but they don't know that LITTE are people who have popularized to suicide bombings. The LTTE i.e. Tamil tigers, they are Hindus.

In India majority of the terrorist attacks are talked about the Kashmiri militants. In India there are terrorist organization belonging to almost all different religions. We have Sikh terrorist, the 'Bhindranwala' in Punjab. If you go to South Asian Terrorism portal run by Non-Muslims, and if you see the list of terrorist attacks done by all the people, you will find the Muslims in a minority. But that is never highlighted in the media.

On 5 June, 1984, the Indian Security Forces took over the Golden Temple in which 100 people were killed. In retaliation on 31 October, 1984, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her Sikh security guard. In Tripura there are Christian terrorist organizations called ATTF (All Tripura Tiger Force) and NLFT (National Liberation Front of Tripura). On the 2 October, 44 Hindus were killed by these Christian terrorists.

In Assam we have ULFA (United Liberation Front of Assam). ULFA in the 16 years from 1990 to 2006 has conducted successfully 749 confirmed terrorist attacks. The ULFA will put the Kashmiri militants to shame. But in the newspapers we only hear of Kashmiri militant. Why? The ULFA are trained to kill the Muslims, they are Hindus. How many times do we hear about them?

The maximum terrorist attacks, which have been done in India, are done by the Maoists. Only in Nepal, in the past 7 years they have conducted 99 terrorist attacks. According to the Indian Government out of 600 districts in India Maoists are present in 150 districts of India. They have done terrorist attacks in one-third part of India. The Maoists are the biggest dangers to India but yet the Indian Government is afraid of the Muslim terrorist. Why? The reason is George Bush. The Times of India, edition dated 9 September, 2006, reported that 875 rockets and 30 launchers were confiscated by the police. It is the biggest haul in the history of India that the government has confiscated.

From all these things we can surely say that Terrorism is not a Muslim Monopoly. Not a Muslim monopoly, it is not even a specialty of the Muslims. It is not even encouraged by Islam. The Holy Qur'an says in Sura Maidah, chp.5, verse.32, that "If anyone kills any human being, except as a punishment for murder or creating mischief in the land, it will as though he had killed the entire humanity". Most of the religions don't preach that you should kill innocent human being. Terrorism is not the monopoly of any religion.

The human being who has killed the maximum people is Adolf Hitler. Hitler incinerated 6 million Jews. He was Christian. Joseph Stalin (Uncle Joe) killed 20 million human beings; including 14.5 million were starved to death. Mao Tse Tsung of China killed 14 to 20 million human beings. He was Non Muslim. Benito Mussolini of Italy killed 400,000 human beings. Maximilin Robespierre during the French revolution starved and tortured 200,000 people to death and executed 40,000 people. Ashoka in one battle of Kalinga alone killed more than 100,000 people. He was a Hindu. Saddam Hussein killed a few 100 thousands people. But the embargo put by George Bush and the USA alone killed more than half a million Iraqi children. In Indonesia, Muhammad Suharto killed 500,000 people.

This is nothing compared to Hitler or uncle Joe nothing compare to Mao TSE sung each individual will put the Muslims to shame. I am not trying to say that these individual they were religious. If they would have religious then they would not have committed such acts. But yet we find in the international media that the Muslims are called as fundamentalist, extremists and terrorists. The American Revolution took place in the 19th century. According to the British Government the terrorist No. 1 that time was Benjamin Franklin and George Washington.

Views of world's famous personalities

The President of Venezuela, 'Hugo Chavez' says, 'The biggest terrorist in the world is George bush'.
The President Elect of Bolivia, 'Evo Morales', he says that George Bush is a terrorist.
Famous singer and activist of America, Harry Bellefonte says that the biggest terrorist in the world is George Bush.
An MP in UK by the name of George Galloway he said, 'The blood that is on the hands of George Bush and Tony Blair is much more than the bombers who have done bombing in London. It will be justified that a suicide bomber goes and kill Tony Blair without injuring any other human being. This is type of suicide bombing will be justified'.
Former Chief Minister of West Bengal, Jyoti Basu said, 'The biggest terrorist in the world is George Bush'.
Noble prize winner for Peace, Betty Williams said, 'I would love to kill George Bush'.
Solution to terrorism

Politicians should be honest and just and should not do wrong things for the vote bank.
Innocent Indian citizens should not be instigated by the politicians and kill other human beings. Police should be upright and just and protect the innocent. They should not be ploy of the politicians. I know that there are times that they can be transferred. But if every policeman in India is honest, the new policemen who are transferred will also be honest. So what will the politicians do?
People should not take the law in their hand and kill other human being.
Mahatma Gandhi said, " If India has to improve it should be ruled by a dictator as honest and upright as Hadrat Umar (The Caliph of Islam). Dr. Joseph Adam Pearson said, 'People who worry that nuclear weaponry will one day fall in the hands of the Arabs, they fail to realize that the Islamic bomb has already been dropped, it fell the day Prophet MUHAMMED (pbuh) was born'.
